Sharon is a hands-on individual with 30 plus years experience in Healthcare management and Privacy Law. Her key areas of expertise include Operations, Relationship Building/Customer experience, Corporate Privacy, Security & Compliance, and Training. She has worked in various industries such as: Healthcare, Hospitality & Restaurant Management, and as a Consultant for a Big 4 firm.

Challenge her - she prides herself on her ability to create, implement, and multi-task to get things done.

Sharon graduated from the University of Miami with an MS ED in Leadership and a BBA in Accounting with a minor in Business Law. In addition to attending concerts, she writes concert/show reviews and dabbles in photography, shooting stars both on the stage and in the sky.

Steven Budman - Business Operations Manager/Technical Consultant

Steven is an integral part of Business Operations and also serves as a Technical Consultant. His key areas of expertise include Business and Financial operations as well as Information Technology. He is poised to graduate with a MSA (Master of Accountancy and a BBS in Accounting and Business Technology. He has worked at a global University in the Information Technology department of a ranked Business School. Currently, in addition to his role at 31-30 Creative Arts Marketing, he works for a top-ranked national accounting and advisory services firm.

Steven is poised to graduate with a MSA in Accountancy and a BBA in Accounting and Business Technology.

In his spare time, Steven enjoys traveling the world, attending concerts and also dabbling in photography.
